I have more than 15 years experience in the corporate sector leading people - as individuals and teams - to successfully navigate the challenges and opportunities of change, connect with their personal strengths and deliver on objectives.

As head of strategy and planning within the public education sector, I specialised in taking people on a values-led, goal-focused journey from start to finish. My proven track record in leading individuals through a process of connecting to their inner power, releasing unhelpful thought patterns, reframing thinking where they feel ‘stuck’, shifting perspective on the future, and taking action to achieve dream goals is my passion.

I am also a 500hr+ qualified meditation & yoga teacher with a PhD in Education and extensive experience working with students of all ages.

Single 75 minute session / $160

Package of 3 x 75 minute sessions / $450

→ Initial Goal-Setting Session: A 60-minute session to map out your priorities and tailor your coaching journey to your aspirations.

→ Tailored Resources: Notes and supportive resources emailed to you following each session.

→ Ongoing WhatsApp Support: Unlimited support through WhatsApp to ask questions, share updates, and receive feedback. I’ll respond to all WhatsApp messages within 24 hours.

A multi-month journey is available for those wanting to dive deeper.

This is a 60 minute class that begins with slow, steady movement to stretch, strengthen & stabilise muscles & joints. With a continued focus on settling the breath, the class moves into seated, supported gentle stretches and holds. This practice aims to reduce tension in your body & mind to calm and balance the nervous system.

ABOUT JEN

Jenny Beachum is a 500hr+ qualified meditation & yoga teacher. She has trained and practiced with a range of instructors across several disciplines, beginning with her first class in 2001. Jen has studied both Buddhist & Vedic meditation which is reflected in her teaching. She holds a PhD in Education & has extensive experience working with students of all ages. Jenny is an expert at structuring courses & bringing together information in a way that is accessible and engaging for learners. She is passionate about helping others to establish sustainable practices that support their mental health & overall wellbeing that fit into the complexities of daily life. Jenny has found meditation & yoga to be powerful tools for self-discovery, healing and growth and this drives her passion for teaching.
